Most therapeutic models have a similar foundation of building trust, safety and a connection between client and therapist. Gestalt Psychotherapy focuses on raising the awareness of what is happening in the present; looking at what arises in the ‘here and now’. I work creatively, using art, role play and therapeutic experiments.
